Leveraging Yango Tech’s in-house hyperscale platform and hardware design, the Nebius neo-cloud was spun out and achieved independent scale and valuation (now worth >$32B). Yango Tech’s contribution included platform architecture, server/rack design, and early customer deployments enabling rapid market traction and TCO advantages versus hyperscalers

Yango provided end-to-end supervision for AI-optimized data center construction: site design, power & cooling engineering, vendor QA/QC and commissioning (FAT/FWT, SAT/ISAT). The project delivered modular, high-density GPU halls with PUE ≈ 1.15 and phased 1–2 MW increments to align capex with demand. Certification readiness (ISO, PCI, local requirements) and a demonstrable ROI model supported partner financing and go-to-market

Yango Tech Team deployed agentic solutions for enterprise workflows using AI Studio: connectors to CRM/ERP, long-term memory, and action execution (procurement, accounting, legal). Agents reduced routine employee tasks (document cites 30–40% reduction) and integrated secure access, search and execution environments for regulated data.
